We accepts online purchased returns from our website for U.S. buyers within 7 days of confirmed delivery if any of the following apply:
The item is not as it was described in the listing
The wrong item was received
The item is potentially counterfeit
The item condition was not properly described
The item is defective
The item is a promotional product
(any item purchased with a coupon or discount code)
When your shopping online with Consigned Designs, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you buy.
We want to make sure that your online shopping experience is as stress-free and simple as possible.
When you choose to buy directly from our website you are given the option to return your online purchased item(s) within 7 days upon the packages delivery (verified by UPS tracking) for a full refund of the price that you paid.
Please note that all promotional items (*any product purchased with a coupon code) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items that fully meet our return requirements must be unworn, include all vendor packaging, accessories and tags and be returned back in the exact condition as they were received.
We also ask that the authenticity security hang tag seal remains attached to your item and fully intact in order to be accepted for full refund. Removing this seal will automatically void the return policy itself.
Please take note that shipping expenses for returns are handled solely by the buyers.
